About The Position

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are hiring a Lead QA Engineer to guide the transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This technical leadership role has no formal direct reports and is responsible for developing automation strategy and guiding the daily automation and AI work of an offshore vendor team. The Lead QA Engineer will help move the team from manual and legacy scripted automation toward AI-enhanced testing, while ensuring test management, regression and defect tracking, and coverage evolve with the team’s automation-first approach.
