QA Automation Engineer- AI
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with expertise in AI-assisted testing, test automation, and quality assurance for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cucumber, as well as an understanding of how AI can improve test case generation, test execution, defect analysis, and testing efficiency. Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality applications. The role is a W2 contract based in Alpharetta, Georgia, or Menlo Park, California. The work arrangement is hybrid or onsite as required, with flexible work-from-home options available. An in-person client interview is required.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Practical experience with Playwright.
- Experience with Cucumber and BDD testing.
- Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing concepts and tools.
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory.
- Ability to attend an in-person client interview.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright.
- Experience or knowledge of AI-assisted QA and automation.
- Availability to work according to the client’s hybrid or onsite requirements.

- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Familiarity with REST API testing.
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and JUnit/TestNG.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Exposure to testing AI/ML or LLM-based applications, including response validation and hallucination checks.
- Experience with enterprise banking applications and financial services workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Develop UI automation using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
- Create and maintain Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios using Cucumber.
- Apply AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage and productivity.
- Explore AI for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance.
- Validate AI-powered application features for response accuracy, consistency, reliability, and error handling, where applicable.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test results and investigate automation failures using logs and debugging tools.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other QA engineers.
- Follow enterprise quality standards, data protection requirements, and secure testing practices relevant to financial services.
