About The Position

The Agentic Platform Marketing Lead, CRM role is responsible for building the partner ecosystem for monday CRM, which is described as the fastest-growing CRM in the market. This is a greenfield build with no existing playbook, and the program designed will serve as the model for scaling the monday CRM partner ecosystem globally. The initial phase focuses on creating a self-sufficient partner recruitment system using AI-driven outreach and automated qualification. As the recruitment matures, the role will shift to building community and cohort-based training programs to teach CRM specialist partners how to construct agentic, AI-driven workflows for their clients, positioning them as RevOps operators. The role requires a strong point of view and public engagement in relevant communities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, partner GTM, or partner enablement at a SaaS or MarTech company.
  • Fluent in AI: daily use, building with it, and exploring possibilities with agents and automation.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and automations using modern GTM and RevOps tooling.
  • Proven track record inside a CRM or RevOps ecosystem (platform-side or as an operator).
  • Experience designing and running group enablement programs (cohorts, workshops, certifications) at scale.
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity; no inherited playbook.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and a demonstrated point of view on GTM, RevOps, or AI automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build a touchless partner recruitment funnel using AI agents, monday CRM, and workflow automation tools.
  • Design cohort-based training programs where partners learn from each other.
  • Create "customer zero" templates — workflows and automations to be packaged for partners to replicate and monetize.
  • Develop certification and badging standards to signal partner capability.
  • Build the content and community presence to position monday CRM in the agentic RevOps conversation.
  • Produce playbooks, demos, and async enablement assets for partners.
  • Have and share a point of view publicly on LinkedIn, engaging in RevOps and GTM communities.
