About The Position

monday.com is establishing a new CRM partner program in North America, focusing on RevOps agencies that implement and manage CRM systems for their clients. This is a greenfield initiative, meaning the partner base does not currently exist. The role involves recruiting suitable agencies, onboarding them to monday CRM, and managing ongoing relationships to generate partner-sourced pipeline. The primary focus will be on qualifying and closing inbound partner applications, supplemented by outbound recruiting, referrals, and leveraging personal networks when appropriate. Key responsibilities include identifying target agencies, conducting discovery calls, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing an active portfolio of partners through QBRs and deal support. Collaboration with the Agentic Services Lead and Partner GTM Engineer is crucial for rapid partner activation.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or partnerships with a proven track record of qualifying and closing inbound applications.
  • Comfort with running outbound recruitment when opportunities arise.
  • A track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with professional services firms.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build processes from scratch in a market with no existing partner base.
  • Deep curiosity for the AI ecosystem, including building with AI tools to optimize GTM motions.
  • Ability to speak fluently with partners about the future of AI-powered CRM implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-fit North American RevOps agencies using monday's agentic CRM platform as the primary recruiting engine.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Partner GTM Engineering to build recruitment workflows.
  • Own the entire recruitment funnel, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to negotiating and signing CRM partnership agreements.
  • Carry a partner-sourced pipeline number, owning both the top of the funnel and the partners signed.
  • Build foundational processes and playbooks for a new partner motion in North America.
  • Experiment with and integrate AI-driven workflows into recruitment and partner management processes to stay ahead of the agentic services landscape.
