Requirements
- Previous sales experience or a proven record of hitting goals
- Great communicator and confident negotiator
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
- Ready to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus (or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual skills valued
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and convert leads into new business
- Get to know clients’ needs and create personalized insurance plans
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Foster long-term client relationships with ongoing support and check-ins
- Surpass sales goals to drive agency growth
- Stay current on product offerings and compliance requirements
- Use our CRM to organize leads, track follow-ups, and handle renewals
- Bring fresh ideas to team meetings and help shape sales plans
