Requirements

  • AEC / DEP or equivalent education, with mandatory experience in air freight.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly, as this role supports clients and communicates with suppliers outside Quebec.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, sense of urgency, and customer service–oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare airfreight quotations within prescribed timelines and to the satisfaction of both clients and the Company.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, agents, and sales representatives.
  • Review transportation options and negotiate rates with airlines and carriers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Offer shipment insurance options.
  • Prepare quotations in the operational system according to customer requests and within prescribed timelines.
  • Follow up on quotations.
  • Act as a key resource for the CEVA Group network, suppliers, and customer service (internal and external).
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments of CEVA Logistics Canada.
  • Issue non-conformities and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
