Requirements

Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
Motivated by sales goals, achievement, and earning potential
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
Handles rejection with persistence and a positive attitude
Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve
Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
Previous experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus
Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls
Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage and generate referrals
Develop lasting customer relationships through consistent communication
Work toward sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Participate in ongoing coaching and product training
