About The Position

CAA-Québec is looking for a registration agent for its Pointe-Claire downtown center to complete its team. This is a casual position with a minimum of 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and you must be available to work Thursday evenings until 8 p.m. to serve customers well. Requirements

High school diploma
Courteous customer service skills
Rigor, versatility, and autonomy
Speed of execution and good stress management
Ease of communication with tact and diplomacy
Ease of working with various computer tools
Bilingualism in English
Candidates must meet the requirements of a background check for criminal records, criminal links, and solvency.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and respond to their requests
Process transactions related to the registration of road vehicles as well as the renewal of driver's licenses and health insurance cards.
Participate in the sale and promotion of CAA-Québec products and services
Count the cash and prepare deposits
