The Nick Christophi Agency is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Agency Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our Long Beach, CA team. As an Agency Sales Consultant, you will be key to expanding our agency’s reach, providing tailored insurance solutions, and contributing to a dynamic, supportive work environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication abilities, a passion for sales, and a genuine dedication to helping clients safeguard what matters most.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience or a proven ability to meet goals is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency
- Comfortable making outbound calls and securing new business
- Eagerness to learn and a coachable attitude
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying, reaching out to, and converting prospective clients
- Advise clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Offer and cross-sell various insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviews
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets to drive agency success
- Stay informed about products, industry regulations, and compliance standards
- Use CRM software to organize leads, manage follow-ups, and handle renewals
- Engage in team meetings and actively contribute to effective sales strategies
