Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- A strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Well-organized, independent, and adept at managing time
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Willingness to obtain or current possession of relevant insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking and outreach
- Help clients select insurance coverage that fits their needs
- Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Work towards and exceed sales goals for new and existing business
- Use our technology to manage leads and track your progress
- Stay updated on new products and changes from Farmers Insurance
