Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, retail, automotive, or another customer focused industry
- Strong communication and people skills
- Someone who is self motivated, coachable, and enjoys working toward goals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property and Casualty License and a Michigan Life and Health License
Responsibilities
- Work agency provided leads to help individuals and families find the right insurance coverage
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Educate clients on their coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
- Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service before and after the sale
- Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
