Requirements

5+ years in trucking and logistics required
GED required
Full-time availability
100% in-office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit

Nice To Haves

Recruitment experience a plus, but not required
college degree referred

Responsibilities

Learn the organization’s software, including: Company TMS system, CRM platform, Lead generation software, Other industry-specific tools
Build and manage CRM for cold calls and ongoing follow-ups
Extend outreach and prospect via LinkedIn and other platforms
Log top prospects in Excel and/or Prospecting tools, including pain points and projected close timelines
Assist with the agent onboarding process
Research competitor compensation and offerings to maintain a competitive edge
This position will work directly with, VP of Agent Operations, to identify sales advantages and drive company growth
