Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Logistics Agent to join the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Brooklyn. This role is Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Logistics Associate to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products flow smoothly through our facility from receiving to prepping, to getting them ready to ship. Requirements

• A high school diploma (college degree is a bonus, but not required)
• At least 1 year of work experience — warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable using scanners, computers, and internal tracking systems
• Dependable, self-driven, and motivated to meet goals
• Works well independently but thrives in a team environment
• Great communication skills and solid time management
• Detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Help manage the movement of inventory while hitting performance (KPI) targets
• Receive and scan inbound shipment into system
• Label, scan, and sort incoming product
• Break down and dispose of boxes and waste daily
• Problem solve complex cases to deliver best service possible
• Flag and communicate operational issues (e.g., shipment delays, missing or damaged items) to the appropriate team or lead immediately
• Execute packing and shipping preparation tasks efficiently, following all company protocols to ensure safe and accurate deliveries.
• Assist with processing product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with storage preparation, including organizing, labeling, and handling items for proper placement.
