The Agency Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of agency partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen these relationships. In this role, you will engage regularly with agency partners through meetings and calls to discuss commercial opportunities and explore new revenue-generating collaboration initiatives. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct enablement sessions to ensure agency partners are fully equipped to effectively promote and sell the organisation's solutions. You will coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure partner needs are met whilst maximising revenue potential and expanding the organisation's market reach. You will also handle day-to-day partner enquiries, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead longer-term planning activities including quarterly business reviews and partnership development strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and scaling the partnership program.
