Retail Media is a core function to enable this transformation. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, we’re looking for data driven, entrepreneurial-minded, and consumer-obsessed media experts to help us on this journey. The Manager, Retail Media Agency & Operations role serves as the central owner of Kraft Heinz Retail Media Agency & Operating model – driving best-in-class execution through partnerships while aligning internal teams on a cohesive, cross-channel retail media strategy & ways-of-working. The position requires a candidate that is a strong influencer, strategic thinker, self-starter, and change maker. The individual is hungry to learn, redefine, and is comfortable with change, ambiguity, and rapid industry growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce/eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, and/or Digital Media (CPG and/or retail experience preferred)
  • Direct experience managing media agencies or retail media partners, including scope setting, KPI definition, and performance management
  • Extensive media operations understanding (budgeting, reporting, billing, governance)
  • Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders with competing priorities through influence and structured ways of working
  • Ability to identify & implement new ways-of-working to inform broader structure and processes
  • Strategic Thinking & Executional balance to connect media to business goals (sales, share, growth)
  • Experience working with Retail Media Networks (e.g. Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Media strategy / buying experience in retail or digital media specifically preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with external Retail Media agency including scope, ways-of-working, & accountability
  • Create routines with Retail Media agency to account for excellence in Budget Management tied to overarching performance
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, timelines, project delivery, & performance expectations with Retail Media agency
  • Define & implement a standardized Retail Media operation model across internal Kraft Heinz teams to improve cross-functional collaboration (i.e. Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Finance)
  • Build scalable processes across budgeting, reporting, billing, campaign workflows, and measurement to reduce fragmentation and increase speed to market
  • Partner with BUs & eCommerce to translate business priorities into Retail Media strategies
  • Aggregate complex media strategy and performance into clear, actionable insights tailored for different audiences, including senior leadership
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on retail media performance, capabilities, learnings, and future opportunities
  • Help shape the long-term retail media capability roadmap (tools/tech, talent, processes, measurement, and partnerships)
