Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership, management, sales, marketing, or operations experience
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, staffing, or service operations
  • Experience with community outreach, referral development, or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth
  • Experience managing caregivers, healthcare staff, or service teams
  • Self-motivated leader with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for serving seniors and supporting caregivers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel throughout the NE Dallas area for client visits, referral partner meetings, and community events
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the home care agency
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality care delivery
  • Develop and execute local marketing and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners and community stakeholders
  • Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
  • Identify opportunities to grow census, increase referrals, and strengthen brand awareness
  • Track marketing activity, referral sources, and business development performance metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives and market expansion opportunities
  • Conduct client consultations and in-home assessments
  • Ensure caregivers receive ongoing support, training, and supervision
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and caregiver retention
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, payroll, documentation, and collections
  • Maintain licensing standards and agency records
  • Monitor operational performance and budgets
  • Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional care standards
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
