About The Position

The Ag Repairman ensures the proper installation, modification, and maintenance of beet receiving facilities, including truck scales, pilers, loaders, and support equipment, and fabricates components for inventory use. The position also provides leadership in the Company’s safety programs and safety training. The employee must plan job details without direct supervision, safely operate a pay loader, skidsteer loader, and sugarbeet piler, and create work orders in the Company’s computerized maintenance management system, including estimates of time and materials. The role also verifies stock status for required parts and uses troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues. Compensation is $39.56 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Take a Mechanical Aptitude Test, Basic Skills Test, and Welding test to verify basic skills and knowledge.
Obtain a current and satisfactory DOT physical examination certification (DOT health card) within 10 days of the contingent job award and be able to recertify the health card.
Meet all DOT requirements, including random drug testing.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Class A or B driver’s license, with a CDL obtained within 45 days of employment.
