About The Position

Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. They are expanding in Big Rapids, MI, and are looking for afterschool care staff to work directly with children with autism and related needs. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, celebrating achievements with families, and traveling to client homes and community settings. The team is supportive and uses evidence-based practices to make a difference in families' lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
