About The Position

Rebound Therapies is expanding in Midland, MI, and seeking passionate afterschool care staff to work directly with children with autism and related needs. This role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. The position focuses on promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence through evidence-based practices in home and community settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• Prior ABA experience is not required, as training will be provided.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
