About The Position

Rebound Therapies is expanding in Lansing, MI, and is seeking passionate individuals for afterschool care positions. This role involves working directly with children with autism and related needs, providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans. The position requires travel to client homes and community settings, with reimbursed drive time. Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence, utilizing evidence-based practices to make a difference in families' lives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

Prior ABA experience is not required, as training will be provided.
RBT Certification

Responsibilities

Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
