Afterschool Care - Working 1:1 with Kids with Autism
About The Position
Rebound Therapies, a home and community-focused therapy provider, is expanding in Lansing, MI, and seeking passionate individuals for afterschool care positions. The role involves working directly with children with autism and related needs, providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
- Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday).
- Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field.
