About The Position

The Aftersales Technology Director is responsible for defining and executing the Global Aftersales Technology Roadmap. The Global Aftersales Technology Roadmap is designed to balance the needs and requirements of Global Divisions, dealers and customers, into large systems projects. To achieve this, the Director will keep up with emerging technologies and understand the needs of PACCAR dealers and customers. This key role includes leading a team of approximately 14 and growing individuals, executing aftersales technology programs, and contributing to the development of Aftersales technology strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet objectives that support division sales and service goals.
  • Managed and governed large and complex set of global systems.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee decisions on scope, approach, resources, and funding for approved projects.
  • Ensuring successful project delivery, aftersales product management and effective communication at all levels.
  • Make critical project decisions even when divisions disagree.
  • Regularly interact with truck division aftersales teams, Dealers and Fleets to ensure we are factoring in the voice of the customer.
  • Business support and continued enhancement of aftersales solutions.
  • Ownership of the business case

  • Managing product enhancements to meet customer needs and improve customer experience
