Quirk Auto Dealerships is looking for an Aftersales Coordinator to support their sales department. Requirements

• Successful completion of a background check, including a criminal record check, physical and drug screen, and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems and lender systems.
• Ability to follow up consistently and resolve missing paperwork/ funding issues.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership, banking, finance, administrative, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding paperwork, warranties, and other after-sale items.
• Help resolve outstanding issues professionally and maintain a positive customer experience after the vehicle has been delivered.
• Maintain consistent communication between customers, management, lenders, and internal departments until each transaction is complete.
• Follow up with customers after delivery when additional signatures, documents, or information are required.
