About The Position

The Aftermarket Specialist will serve as the primary contact for customers seeking parts or services from O’Brien Equipment. This role requires current product and services knowledge to answer questions, provide recommendations, and offer solutions. Ongoing training will be provided to stay current with product knowledge and software. The specialist will be responsible for generating quotes, communicating with customers, and maintaining customer contact information. Order fulfillment includes processing orders, submitting paperwork, factory communications, and managing ship product defects or warranty issues. This role also involves tracking and maintaining stocked parts inventory for the Nashville office and performing general office housekeeping tasks. The position requires limited supervision.
