About The Position

The Aftermarket Sales Professional role is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities within its designated territory while also maintaining and expanding existing accounts. Success in this position requires daily face-to-face travel to meet both current and potential customers. The primary responsibilities include generating new sales and revenues by actively seeking out and engaging new customers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Highly level of attention to detail, self-starting, motivated, and organized
  • 5 or more years of related parts, sales, or service experience
  • Willingness to travel 85% of the work week/month
  • High level of communication skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Moderate computer skills are required. Knowledge/use of Microsoft products and comparable systems
  • Valid driver’s license/classification required

Responsibilities

  • Weekly outbound calling: 15 per week
  • Must be documented in CRM daily
  • Starting accounts: 50
  • Commission paid on GP%
  • Daily customer visits: 10 min
  • Must be documented in CRM daily
  • Selling and promoting new products and service offerings
  • Revisiting previously lost business opportunities
  • Delivery of daily orders within territory
  • Deliveries must be on the road no later than 8am
  • Temporary until territory has reached hiring threshold
  • The Aftermarket Sales Professional role requires 85% of day out visiting customers
