About The Position

This role serves as a customer interface and will aid in post‑delivery, aftermarket, and sustainment needs. They will also ensure timely and accurate support across quoting, order management, and customer communications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, develop and maintain product knowledge.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required. - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • 2-4+ years aftermarket sales / customer support experience (defense/ aerospace industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate customer requirements clearly
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented and strong follow-through and accountability
  • Proficiency in quoting tools and ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent inquiries with strong organization discipline
  • Ability to coordinate in a cross-functional team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an interface between the company and its customers for post‑delivery, aftermarket, and sustainment-related inquiries
  • Receive and respond to customer email and phone requests for information, pricing, lead times, and availability of ancillaries and spare parts
  • Prepare detailed and compliant quotations to customer RFQs/RFPs, including pricing, terms, and lead times in coordination with Business Development, Contracts, Operations and Supply Chain teams
  • Track and manage each inquiry and quotation to ensure timely closure and follow‑up
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of company product offerings to support customer discussions
  • Track and manage Defense Logistics Agency/DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website for opportunities
  • Support order management by tracking customer schedule requirements and communicating with Operations to facilitate on‑time delivery
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce), quoting logs, and customer correspondence records in accordance with company processes and audit requirements
  • Monitor customer feedback, recurring issues, and trends to identify new aftermarket opportunities
  • Ensure all customer interactions and quotations comply with applicable export regulations (ITAR/EAR), security requirements, and internal policies
  • Support customer meetings, program reviews, and audits as required
