Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or Seven (7) or more years of related experience in sales management, aftermarket parts, or business development; or An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your capability to lead a sales organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and people management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to travel to client sites and industry events.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

  • Proven track record in the automotive or industrial aftermarket.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to expand FCS’s footprint in the aftermarket and special markets sectors.
  • Maintain competitive product offerings and manage pricing activities to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of customer agreements and quotations.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and products; provide accurate and timely sales forecasting to guide business decisions.
  • Develop and report Business Plan Review (BPR) data to senior management, ensuring transparency in performance metrics.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) and key internal counterparts to enhance distribution channel synergies.
  • Deliver high-level sales presentations to key clients and represent FCS at major trade association meetings and industry events.
  • Manage assigned department employees, overseeing hiring, performance management, and professional development to build a high-performing team.
