About The Position

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking an entry-level Aftermarket Sales Associate to support its Baltimore, Maryland location. The position is intended to provide a path to growth, with the goal of training the associate to transition into a full Outside Sales Representative role within an assigned territory. The company provides sales, parts, rentals, and service for lift truck, material handling, and allied products. A company vehicle will be provided once the associate starts visiting customers. The stated annual base salary is $55,000–$60,000, with salary based on experience.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a “hunter mentality.”
• Results-oriented self-starter able to work independently.
• Strong customer-service drive and focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current customers through consistent follow-ups.
• Develop sales strategies with Sales Divisions.
• Back up and assist with territory coverage.
• Assist existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Grow aftermarket sales within the assigned territory.
