This role is ideal for a "hunter" who excels at identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and providing solutions. The position focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key customers to meet and exceed expectations, ensuring the success and profitability of CPM Process Solutions. The role involves selling replacement spare parts and services, managing after-sales support, negotiating contracts, and providing effective customer service. It also requires developing personal sales plans, maintaining customer relationships, following and improving customer contact processes, ensuring on-time delivery and quality products, developing sales forecasts, identifying business opportunities, and participating in sales meetings. The role also involves using platforms like Salesforce and SAP for quotes, opportunities, and follow-ups.
