The Director of Sales, Industrial Division drives profitable revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategy, building a strong pipeline of new business, and leading the sales organization to consistently achieve quota and margin targets. This role oversees sales operations and enabling technology (including CRM) to improve execution, forecasting accuracy, and productivity, while using data and market/competitive insights to identify opportunities, refine pricing and go-to-market tactics, and expand market presence. The Director strengthens and retains key customer and channel partner relationships, collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, product support, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure seamless order-to-cash communication, and represents the division at industry events. This position champions best practices, continuous improvement, and compliance with the Crown Quality System, while coaching and motivating the team to deliver a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
