About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated line cook to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. Requirements

• Must have a relevant working history of at least 2 years in a professional kitchen setting.
• Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with in a team environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare and serve alternative menu items as needed.
• Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc.
• Assist in serving meals, as necessary, and on a timely basis.
