About The Position

HOKALI is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated After School Enrichment Educator to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming. The role serves students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade and focuses on creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. HOKALI is actively seeking instructors with dance or yoga training and teaching experience. Structured lesson plans are provided, with flexibility to bring your own ideas to class.

The yoga schedule is Mondays for two hours, with the time to be determined, from November 30 to March 1. Compensation is $60 per hour. Educators must be willing and able to complete three hours of online training. The role also offers access to HOKALI Academy, flexible scheduling based on availability and preferences, and opportunities for professional growth and expanded roles.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able and willing to complete three hours of online training.
• For the yoga instructor opening, have yoga training and teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.

• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe.
