About The Position

BrightBee is seeking Instructional Assistants to support students in local after-school programs. This role involves supporting students with their educational goals and assisting with canteen/food service operations as directed by each school site. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the greater your earning potential. BrightBee connects candidates with local schools and nonprofits, allowing you to claim assignments via the BrightBee app and get paid weekly. The company's goal is to help schools succeed and provide workers with tools for career growth.

Requirements

High school diploma
Willingness/ability to commute to various school sites in the Beaufort area.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Undergo a background check.
Adhere to a code of conduct.
Comply with all mandated reporter training and reporting requirements.
Pass a background check, livescan, and potentially other necessary testing/clearances.
Provide authorization to contact former employers.

Nice To Haves

6 months of working with youth is preferred for certain sites.
Enjoy supporting behavioral growth for kids or teens.
Patient, reliable, and positive.
Looking for impactful consistent work.
