About The Position

codeCampus is seeking Floating Instructors in the Lynwood area for the current school year and beyond. The company will hire and train instructors to lead STEAM projects and activities for students in grades TK–8 using its proprietary curriculum. Instructors work on site at partner schools with company, district, and school-site staff, and collaborate with the site Lead Instructor to ensure programming runs smoothly. They also help ensure students’ health, safety, and educational needs are met according to district and company protocols. Paid training is available, and the role is suited to early-career educators. The hourly rate is $25–$28, depending on experience, with opportunities for raises based on performance and time with the company.

Requirements

Available to start paid training immediately.
Available to work the current school year and beyond.
Available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to participate in the professional development training program.
