After Sales Technical Administrator

About The Position

The After Sales Technical Administrator will be responsible for managing open orders, escalating late orders, entering data into various software systems, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experiences. This role also involves generating parts manuals, coordinating with external vendors for printing, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and technical publications.

Knowledge of Microsoft excel.
2-year degree in relevant studies or proven experience in after-sales service or a service-related field.

Responsibilities

Run an open order report and identify what is on hand vs what needs to be purchased/manufactured and what orders are late.
Escalate late orders through the Parts Manager so that we can expedite the order.
Enter data into multiple softwares, such as windchill, SalesForce, and Epicor/SAP.
Work with the various departments to ensure we are providing the best possible experience to the customer.
Pull data from our engineering software and generate parts manuals for customers.
Coordinate with a third-party printing company to get manuals printed.
Ship manuals to the end customer and keep track of the production schedule so manuals are being shipped on time.
Maintain accurate records of both warranty claims and technical publication status.
