About The Position
PurposeCare is Bringing Healthcare Home and is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable individuals to join their family. They are seeking Schedulers to provide scheduling support and caring assistance for their caregivers and the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. They focus on coordinating care to keep clients healthy and safe at home, ensuring the most vulnerable have the support needed to live full lives in their community.
Requirements
- Field client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner
- Coordinate home care aides' schedules on a daily basis
- Monitor, mediate, and log both client and home care aides in the system
- Conduct monthly client calls
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 5PM to 9PM and Saturday 9AM to 3PM
