Must live within a 30-mile radius of the Charlottesville area.

Responsibilities

Mastering the software “Wellsky” for client and caregiver information management.
Providing morning reports to schedulers/care managers regarding calls received via email.
Conducting a hand-off call with the daytime scheduler at 8:00 AM on Mondays.
Communicating with clients and caregivers via phone, email, and text to ensure shifts are filled.
Collecting feedback from clients and caregivers.
Solving emergent problems, including filling last-minute shift cancellations due to caregiver issues (e.g., sickness, car trouble, weather).
Providing 'professional coaching' to caregivers who may not be performing at their best.
Managing challenging interactions with clients suffering from dementia and other illnesses, as well as their adult children, while remaining focused on problem-solving.
Collaborating closely with other team members, including the clinical and recruiting teams.
