About The Position

As a key member of our expanding Affordable Housing Division, you will work directly alongside our senior leadership team, gaining high-visibility experience across a diverse portfolio while helping families secure and maintain quality housing. Requirements

2+ years of direct experience in affordable housing compliance or affordable property management.
Proven working knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, PBV, PSH, or HOME regulations.
Hands-on experience completing income certifications and recertifications.
Proficiency with Yardi (or equivalent property management software).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout LA County.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Coordinated Entry System (CES) and Housing Authority/Quadel workflows.
Industry Certifications: HCCP, COS, TCS, or Fair Housing Certification.
Active California Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance and documentation for LIHTC, HUD, PBV, PSH, and HOME programs across multi-site communities in LA County.
Complete accurate annual and interim income certifications/recertifications; prepare resident files for internal and external audits.
Manage Coordinated Entry System (CES) referrals, applicant matching, and coordinate housing placements with Housing Authorities, Quadel, and service providers.
Travel to properties to review physical files, correct compliance deficiencies, and partner with Regional and Community Managers to maintain full occupancy.
