Requirements

• Strong interest in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.

• Good numeracy and basic data-analysis skills.

• Some exposure to affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize), influencer tools, or e-commerce systems.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Certified Loyalty & Reward Specialist Course and apply your learning to multiple affiliate projects.
• Support the design and management of affiliate programmes, partner tiers, and commission structures.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, influencers, and referral sources.
• Build partner-facing assets: partner guides, creatives, tracking links, and promo codes.
• Monitor campaign and partner performance; produce clear reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work with CRM and analytics teams to attribute conversions and optimise partner funnels.
• Coordinate partner communications and incentives to drive acquisition and retention.
• Participate in client calls and present insights to internal stakeholders.
