About The Position

Aspen Group, Inc is an education technology holding company that leverages its infrastructure and expertise to allow its two universities, Aspen University and United States University, to deliver on the vision of making college accessible and affordable. Aspen Group, Inc has an opening for a full time Affiliate Coordinator Agreement Specialist in the Office of Field Experience (OFE) department. This is a REMOTE position. The Affiliate Coordinator Agreement Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and technical support of the Office of Field Experience and College of Nursing and Health Sciences that include, but not limited to, supporting the affiliate process and the clinical database system.

  • Ability to interact effectively with university administrators and leaders in the public and private sectors

Nice To Haves

  • Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills & abilities have been achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a database of information which shows status of all in process and executed documents, as well as preceptor information and approvals; responsible for filing all executed agreements for easy retrieval in required information system.
  • Review legal documentation such as Affiliation Agreements, insurance regulations, and site communication.
  • Support the affiliate approval process and ensure timely completion, escalating any rushes as required.
  • Assist users with technical experience of database.
  • Ensures daily/regular communication with CPC team, legal department, insurance broker, College and affiliate on status of agreement; responsible for removing obstacles and roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Establishes rapport and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recommends process improvements to maximize quality of process for affiliates, OFE, the division, and the College.
  • Create and convey training and new required processes to users.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
