About The Position

Just Ingredients is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Affiliate Project Coordinator to support the execution and growth of its affiliate programs. The role manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and combines operational discipline with creative problem-solving. The coordinator owns affiliate campaigns from concept through completion, maintains campaign calendars and project systems, tracks performance, and develops reports and process documentation. The position also leads affiliate recruiting and onboarding, supports affiliate engagement and retention, and helps plan and execute affiliate events. The coordinator works cross-functionally with marketing, events, partnerships, operations, content, and creative teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader company programs and strategy. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Orem, Utah. Relocation is not offered; local candidates only. The salary range is $55,000–$65,000, based on experience.

Requirements

2 to 4+ years of experience in project coordination, affiliate marketing, or influencer management.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, on-brand messaging for affiliate audiences.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar, and comfort building tracking systems from scratch.
Event coordination experience, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Experience in CPG, DTC, or health and wellness.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms or influencer marketing software.

Responsibilities

Own affiliate campaigns from concept through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple programs.
Build and maintain campaign calendars that coordinate email, text, social, and other channels.
Track campaign performance against KPIs, prepare recap reports for leadership, and recommend optimizations.
Ensure affiliate assets and communications maintain brand consistency in partnership with the marketing team.
Serve as the primary project management resource across all three affiliate programs and maintain systems that keep teams aligned, accountable, and on track.
Identify roadblocks across concurrent workstreams and drive solutions before they affect timelines.
Develop SOPs and process documentation to standardize and scale affiliate program operations.
Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliates aligned with the Just Ingredients mission.
Build and maintain an affiliate prospect pipeline using platform analytics, social listening, and referrals.
Develop onboarding materials and welcome communications to activate new affiliates and support their success.
Serve as a primary point of contact for active affiliates, supporting engagement and program retention.
Support planning and execution of affiliate events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale brand experiences.
Coordinate affiliate event details, including invitations, travel, gifting, and on-site experience, in alignment with the broader event plan.
Partner with marketing, events, partnerships, and operations to integrate affiliate initiatives into company programs and campaigns.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop affiliate assets and campaign toolkits.
Share affiliate insights and performance data with internal stakeholders to inform marketing and partnerships strategy.
