About The Position

Aragon Premium, the affiliate network within The Aragon Company, connects advertisers with affiliates and vetted media buyers across fintech, insurance, home services, rewarded gaming, mobile apps, consumer, and other verticals. The Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager recruits, develops, and scales affiliate partnerships across the network’s offers. The role reports to the Network Director and Chief Growth Officer and works closely with the account management team. The position focuses on recruiting and activating affiliate partners, growing partner revenue and profit, managing affiliate relationships and performance, aligning affiliate supply with advertiser demand, and maintaining quality and compliance. The successful candidate can manage a book of affiliate revenue against monthly and quarterly targets and contribute impact from day one.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of affiliate or performance marketing experience, with most experience on the network side.
  • Affiliate network experience managing affiliates within a network; experience exclusively on the agency or advertiser side does not meet this requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing affiliate media buyers and evaluating the economics of traffic sources.
  • Hands-on Everflow experience, including pulling, reading, and acting on network reports independently.
  • Track record of hands-on affiliate recruitment, development, and revenue growth at scale.
  • Relationship-driven sales skills, including prospecting, pitching offers, negotiating payouts, and closing.
  • Experience across a broad mix of offer types (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPE) and verticals, with the ability to step into an active pipeline and produce from day one.
  • Strong fraud-detection instincts and pattern recognition for economically incoherent performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile app offers (CPI, CPA, CPE) and lead generation offers in regulated verticals.
  • Existing relationships with direct media buyers and publishers.
  • Familiarity with additional affiliate tracking platforms such as TUNE, Impact, CJ, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit direct media buyers and affiliate partners across Facebook, Google, native, TikTok, programmatic, push, in-app, email, content, mass media, and search channels.
  • Build and maintain a structured affiliate recruitment pipeline with sourcing, qualification, and activation stages.
  • Diversify the network into new channels and traffic types to reduce concentration risk and expand offer placement opportunities.
  • Represent Aragon Premium at industry conferences, including Affiliate Summit, LeadsCon, and MAU.
  • Onboard new affiliates quickly and activate them on suitable offers from the existing advertiser-demand base.
  • Grow revenue and profit by matching affiliates to new offers, verticals, and payout structures.
  • Build consultative affiliate relationships and serve as affiliates’ primary point of contact and day-to-day advocate within Aragon Premium.
  • Analyze partner performance, including EPC, CVR, volume, and margin, and optimize creative, placement, caps, and payouts to scale results.
  • Own a book of affiliate revenue against monthly and quarterly growth targets.
  • Work with account managers to match affiliate supply with advertiser demand and fill open capacity across the offer portfolio.
  • Relay advertiser-side quality and performance feedback to affiliates and adjust activity accordingly.
  • Identify and flag scaling opportunities, cap increases, and new offer needs to account management before affiliates reach capacity.
  • Vet affiliates before activation by evaluating traffic sources, promotional methods, and economic viability.
  • Monitor affiliate performance against EPC and CVR benchmarks by traffic source, identify fraud signals or economically incoherent performance, and take decisive action to resolve issues.
  • Enforce compliance standards in alignment with advertiser, network, and regulatory requirements.
