About The Position

As an Aesthetician at Bellagio, you create memorable experiences of renewal for guests while maintaining a polished, approachable presence and a commitment to excellence. You collaborate with the Spa & Salon team, help uphold elevated department standards, and support smooth operations. The role provides spa treatments and services using current information and techniques, tailored to guests’ needs and skin types. Compensation is commission-based, plus tips.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an aesthetician in a spa or salon environment, plus guest service experience.
• Must hold a current Nevada-issued Aesthetician license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Skill in body waxing techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
• Provide current information and techniques for body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing, and makeup application in accordance with treatment and department protocols.
• Evaluate guests’ needs and skin types to tailor treatments and services.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
