About The Position

SDBotox is seeking an experienced Aesthetic RN, NP, or PA who is available to work Sundays. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in aesthetics and be responsible for conducting cosmetic consultations, administering procedures within their scope of practice, building a clientele, and meeting utilization and sales goals. The role also involves attending required training and meetings for ongoing medical education, ensuring treatment rooms are stocked, cleaned, and sanitized, and performing/charting treatments in compliance with company guidelines, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations. Additionally, the position requires assisting with in-house training, supporting the front desk, triaging complications, and following up with patients via phone, email, and text.

Requirements

  • Aesthetic RN, NP or PA with Aesthetic experience required.
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
  • Skilled in providing an excellent patient experience
  • Skilled in handling difficult situations through quick problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to administer aesthetic treatments
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
  • Ability to assess and recommend treatment plans
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with patients
  • Ability to maintain a basic level of professionalism
  • Ability to travel to other SDBotox locations and company events

Responsibilities

  • Provide various aesthetic treatments including cosmetic consultations, neuromodulator injections, dermal filler injections, laser modalities, and microneedling treatments.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on procedures, potential side effects, and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patients during and after procedures for any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in injectable treatments.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Responsible for building a clientele and ensuring utilization and sales goals are met.
  • Attend required training and meetings associated with ongoing medical education.
  • Ensure rooms are stocked, cleaned, and sanitized before/after each shift.
  • Perform and chart all treatments within the provided company guidelines, as well as in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist with in-house training.
  • Support the front desk, triage complications, and follow up with patients via phone, email, and text message as necessary.
