About The Position

Vanguard Skin Specialists is seeking an outstanding Aesthetic RN to join their Aesthetics team. This role involves performing cosmetic procedures, providing education, consultations, and scheduling for various aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will actively promote and sell cosmetic products and services, maintain accurate patient records, and assist in developing promotional materials. This position requires a strong understanding of all available cosmetic treatment options and excellent patient communication for after-care instructions and follow-ups. Adherence to compliance and completion of training is also required.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited RN program
Active Colorado RN license
At least 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine including injectables
Certification in injectable services and laser operation
Detail oriented, well organized, and meticulous
Relates well to people
Team player

Nice To Haves

Ideally already skilled in dermal fillers, neurotoxins, chemical peels, laser treatments, and medical grade skin care.

Responsibilities

Performs cosmetic procedures.
Provides education, consultations, and scheduling for select aesthetic treatments and treatment regimens.
Actively promotes/sells cosmetic products and services.
Performs, explains, and schedules select cosmetic consults and treatments per protocols.
Provides appropriate patient education and after-care instructions.
Provides recommendations for cosmetic service enhancements and implements approved plans.
Maintains accurate documentation of treatment in all client medical records.
Pre-books patients and retains patients.
Assists with development of advertising and promotional materials.
Responsible for all cosmetic discussions regarding all available cosmetic treatment options.
Responsible for after-care instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor and scheduling appropriate follow up and treatments.
Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
