About The Position

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Registered Nurse to provide personalized medical aesthetic treatments in a high-touch, guest-focused role. The position combines clinical expertise and artistry to deliver treatments, support guest confidence, and contribute to studio success. Services include injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments. The nurse will provide safe, consistent clinical care, maintain documentation, educate guests, support retention, meet individual performance goals, and help maintain and promote the studio.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills.
• Ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence.
• Experience with clinical documentation and treatment technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments.
• Provide clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before-and-after photos.
• Educate guests about treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits.
• Create confident, results-driven experiences that support guest retention.
• Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on studio sales and marketing initiatives.
