About The Position

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide personalized medical aesthetic treatments and contribute to a guest-focused studio environment. The role combines clinical expertise and artistry to support guest confidence, deliver safe and consistent care, and help the studio meet its goals.

The nurse delivers services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments; documents care and treatment outcomes; educates guests about treatment options, products, and memberships; and supports guest retention. The position also involves meeting performance goals, maintaining a clean and professional studio, and collaborating on sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills.
• Ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence.
• Experience with clinical documentation and treatment technologies.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical aesthetic services, including injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments.
• Provide clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before-and-after photos.
• Educate guests about treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits.
• Create confident, results-driven experiences to support guest retention.
• Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on studio sales and marketing initiatives.
