About The Position

Seeking skilled Aerospace Structural Assemblers with at least four recent years of experience for a six-month onsite contract in Florida. The project guarantees 50 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours. Pay is $42 per hour, plus $45 per diem (tax-free). Private hotel accommodations are provided, with booking handled by the employer. Candidates must have ITAR documentation (passport or birth certificate) and pass a background check and drug test. Applicants must be willing and able to travel out of state for work.

Requirements

At least four recent years of experience in structural assembly; aerospace experience is preferred.
Experience working with thin-gauge aluminum is required.
Take a Rivet Plate Test.
Experience working with tooling fixtures.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness and ability to travel out of state for work.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, aircraft structures, aerospace manufacturing, and blueprint reading.
ITAR documentation in the form of a passport or birth certificate.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform sealing operations, including face sealing, encapsulation, and fillet seals.
Burnish components using tools such as sanders, Scotch Brite, burnishing wheels, and brushes.
Locate and install floors, seat tracks, structural panels, and related components.
Use specialized tooling, precision alignment methods, and pinned fixture setups to maintain engineering tolerances.
Work with bolts, cherry bolts, lock bolts, HI LOKs, HI LITEs, and Jo-Bolts.
