About The Position

24-MAG LLC is recruiting experienced aerodynamics and computational fluid dynamics professionals for a fully remote freelance consulting engagement supporting advanced AI training and evaluation. The work combines applied aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, CFD simulation, Python programming, numerical modelling, scientific computing, and technical review. Consultants will develop, solve, review, and validate engineering problems involving aerodynamic systems, computational meshes, and fluid-flow analysis to help improve advanced AI systems’ accuracy, reasoning, and computational capabilities. The work includes defining aerodynamic problems and computational models; preparing geometries, meshes, simulation conditions, and solver configurations; running and evaluating CFD analyses; and building Python-based workflows for simulation automation and postprocessing. Consultants will also create reproducible reference solutions, assess AI-generated engineering work, diagnose numerical and modelling issues, and document assumptions, methods, validation results, and conclusions. Compensation is advertised at $80–$120 per hour, with output-based payment per completed task that meets project specifications. Expected commitment is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexible working hours and days, including weekends. The opportunity is open worldwide and lists 100 openings. Selection may include screening questions, an approximately 30-minute AI interview, and a hiring manager review. Selected professionals should be prepared to begin their first assignment within 24–48 hours after onboarding. Work must not use confidential or proprietary third-party information.
