About The Position

You will work within the Integration and IT Support, Partner Networks direction, and will be responsible for coordinating the advisor and administrative assistant lifecycle for partner networks (SFL, DFSIN, DFSI). You will also be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of various incentive programs offered to partner networks. You will act as a coordinator, providing guidance and support to dedicated clients and partners as part of key intervention and development mandates within your field of expertise. You will propose improvement and optimization solutions related to standards, policies, and programs. The nature of the files and projects requires extensive knowledge of your area of activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with bilingual -speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Strong knowledge of partner networks (SFL, DFSIN, DFSI)
  • Knowledge of the technological environment of partner networks
  • Knowledge of standards, laws, and procedures related to the integration of financial advisors in the insurance, investment, and securities sectors

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities across various sectors to ensure the successful transition of new representatives to the independent networks SFL, DFSIN, and DFSI
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of advisor onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Identify issues, challenges, needs, and problems within your field of expertise in order to define targeted outcomes
  • Ensure the development of objectives, solutions, and action plans, and participate in their implementation
  • Act as an advisor and provide support to organizational units and various stakeholders related to your area of expertise.
